Your Meat Choices

• Choose Your Large Pan Meat: Jerk Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken, Curry Chicken, Jerk Wings – Large Pan, or Chicken Tenders with your selected Dre’s Island Flava sauce.
• Choose Your Small Pan Meat: Jerk Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken, Curry Chicken, Jerk Wings – Small Pan, or Chicken Tenders with your selected Dre’s Island Flava sauce.
• If you select Jerk Wings for either meat choice, use the optional Jerk Wings Sauce dropdown.

Your Side Choices

• Choose Your Large Pan Side using the Large Pan Side selector near the top of the page.
• Choose Your Small Pan Side using the Small Pan Side selector near the top of the page.
• Side choices: Rice & Peas, White Rice, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Steamed Cabbage, or Mixed Vegetables.

Catering Details

• Drop-off catering only.
• Food only.
• Plates, cups, forks, knives, napkins, serving utensils, beverages, ice, and setup are not included.
• A minimum of 5 calendar days’ advance notice is required.
• All orders are subject to availability.
• Applicable sales tax will be added to every order.
• Optional gratuity is available at checkout.
