Wedding Service
Dre’s Island Flava provides staffed buffet service for wedding bookings. Our team handles buffet setup, professional food presentation, meal service, and breakdown after the meal.
Your client or wedding planner provides: dinner plates, utensils, glassware, linen, décor, and any rentals unless those items are added to your agreement.
How Booking Works
- Contact Dre’s Island Flava with your wedding date, guest count, venue, and menu ideas.
- We confirm availability and review your final menu, dietary needs, and service details.
- You receive a personalized quote and Wedding Catering Agreement.
- Your date is reserved after the agreement is accepted and the 25% non-refundable booking retainer is received.
The remaining balance, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, and service terms are listed in your Wedding Catering Agreement.
Applicable sales tax will be added to the final order.

Please disclose all food allergies, dietary restrictions, and foods your guests do not eat before preparation. Dre’s Island Flava works with multiple ingredients and allergens. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
