Dre’s Island Flava® Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sauce Orders

Dre’s Island Flava® sauce orders placed through our online store are fulfilled through Walmart Fulfillment Services.

Orders are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after the order is received. Delivery time after shipment depends on the destination and carrier service.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside of Dre’s Island Flava®’s control may affect the final delivery date.

Office Luncheon, Game Day, Private Event, À La Carte & Standard Drop-Off Catering

These catering orders are drop-off catering only and are not shipped.

A minimum of 5 calendar days’ advance notice is required for standard catering orders.

Larger orders, holiday orders, and high-demand dates may require additional notice and are subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address, delivery time, contact information, and any building, parking, loading, gate, security, or access instructions.

Delays caused by incorrect information, restricted access, unavailable customer contacts, traffic, weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside Dre’s Island Flava®’s reasonable control may affect delivery time.

Wedding Catering

Wedding catering is handled separately through consultation and reservation.

Wedding catering includes staffed on-site service and is not handled as a standard shipped or drop-off order.
