At Dre’s Island Flava LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in providing high-quality sauces, seasonings, and catering services. Because our products are food-based, please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been opened or delivered. All sales of sauces, seasonings, and perishable items are final.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If you receive the wrong item in your order
- If your order arrives damaged during shipping
- If your package does not arrive due to an error on our part
If your situation qualifies, we will issue a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Issues
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can make it right.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used food products
- Items purchased through third-party sellers (must be handled through that seller)
- Gift cards or promotional items
